Located between Arsenal and Finsbury Park underground stations in the popular borough of Islington. This bright and light ten bedroom house benefits from a wealth of original period features offering 8 en suite (2 non en suite) bedrooms. There is a huge, modern, fully equipped triple kitchen, an open plan dining room as well as a large garden with a beautiful patio.

Tollington House is located on a quiet and attractive residential street just a short walk (0.4 miles) from Finsbury Park Station which is on the Piccadilly and Victoria Lines.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 months.
What is provided in the house share?
The bedrooms come fully furnished and bedding/linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and should be sufficient for most standard cooking. However, if you wish to bring something specialist, this is of course not a problem. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and food.
Is internet provided?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi internet in the bedrooms and throughout the house.
Are there any additional costs?
There is a one off booking fee of £50, apart from that all electric, gas and water bills are included as is wireless internet.
The house share does require a refundable damage deposit.
Which zone is this house located in?
Tollington House is located in zone 2 just a short walk from Finsbury Park Station. Finsbury Park is on the Victoria and Piccadilly lines and is approximately 15 minutes by tube from Central London.
Can I arrive midweek?
Unfortunately for this house-share bookings have to arrive and depart on weekends.
