Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Yes, under 18s are welcome to stay at this residence. For guests who are 16 or 17 years old we will require a parental consent form to be completed. This form will state that your parents are happy for your to stay in this residence.
Yes, the residence is wheelchair friendly and there are rooms especially made with wheelchair access in mind. Please note that these rooms are limited therefore if your require a room with wheelchair access, we would advise booking early.
Yes, there is some very limited availability for large double studios that are suitable for 2 people sharing. This room type is very limited, therefore early booking is advised.
Yes, there are this is a very sociable residence. We pride ourselves on being one of the friendliest residences in London, with a close community. There is a welcome party each week were new guests can meet with current guests and find out a little more about the residence and the area. Someone is always on hand to give you advice about everything from what to do in London to how to get to your school. Some of the events this year included a Talent show; Christmas Party and Valentine Match making. These events are all advertised on our private Facebook page, which only residents have access to.
Yes, within reason short stay (2 to 3 night) overnight guests are permitted. This is subject to the residence manager’s permission and you will be responsible for providing a bed for your guests.
