Benefiting from seven impressive common rooms, sociability plays a large role in this tight-knit student residence. There are over 220 rooms offered, including en-suite, non en-suite and studio options. All rooms have been decorated to a good standard and either come with access to shared kitchens or in the case of the studios, have private kitchen facilities within the room. All rooms are fully-furnished with a comfortable bed, a study desk with a chair and a wardrobe.
Guests staying at the residence have free use of a local gym complete with a dance studio. There is an on-site laundry, bicycle storage and wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building. You will feel completely safe while staying here as the residence has 24-hour security, CCTV and electronic entry system.

This is a single en-suite room measuring around 12m². The room has a comfortable ¾ double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe and under-bed storage. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building. You will also have access to the communal living and kitchen areas which you will share with between 3-10 flatmates.

Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Yes, under 18s are welcome to stay at this residence. For guests who are 16 or 17 years old we will require a parental consent form to be completed. This form will state that your parents are happy for your to stay in this residence.
