Angel residence (Graham Street)
- Located on Graham Street in the heart of square mile traditionally known as 'The City of London', this residence is perfectly situated for City University, The University of the Arts, London School of Economics and University College London, as well as the vast range of English language schools located in Holborn and on Oxford Street.
- Offering over 220 rooms to students, ranging from non en-suite or en-suite rooms with access to shared kitchen and living facilities to single studios with private kitchen facilities. The residence also benefits from a wide range of amenities including seven common rooms, access to a gym and on-site laundry facilities.

Situated in Zone 1, Central London close to both Angel and Old Street Stations, Graham Street Residence is ideally located for university students, language students and interns. Set along the banks of the famous Regent’s Canal and within just a couple of minutes walk from The Angel Central Shopping Centre which offers a wide range of shops, cafes, restaurants and even a cinema, this residence offers the perfect combination of city living with the serenity of the canal.
You will be within walking distance of a number London’s most popular universities including City, The University of the Arts, L.S.E and U.C.L. In addition, you will have some of London’s top attractions on your doorstep as well as London’s famous West End just a 10-minute bus ride away.

Facilities
Benefiting from seven impressive common rooms, sociability plays a large role in this tight-knit student residence. There are over 220 rooms offered, including en-suite, non en-suite and studio options. All rooms have been decorated to a good standard and either come with access to shared kitchens or in the case of the studios, have private kitchen facilities within the room. All rooms are fully-furnished with a comfortable bed, a study desk with a chair and a wardrobe.
Guests staying at the residence have free use of a local gym complete with a dance studio. There is an on-site laundry, bicycle storage and wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building. You will feel completely safe while staying here as the residence has 24-hour security, CCTV and electronic entry system.

Can I select my room?
You can select the type of room you stay in.
However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you do have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Can I view this residence prior to booking?
Yes, you can, however, it would need to be arranged with at least 48 hours notice.
Can I smoke in the residence?
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
Where can I wash my clothes?
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Are bills included in the price?
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Does this residence have internet?
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
What’s the difference between Studio rooms and the Single En-Suite room types?
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
Is there a curfew?
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Is there always a member of staff available?
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Can I stay in this residence if I am under 18?
Yes, under 18s are welcome to stay at this residence. For guests who are 16 or 17 years old we will require a parental consent form to be completed. This form will state that your parents are happy for your to stay in this residence.
