Lauderdale is a beautiful four bedroom house located just four minutes’ walk from Maida Vale Underground Station which is on the Bakerloo Line and just two stops away from Central London and Paddington Station. The area is ideally located for those who want to be located in North West London and within easy access of Central London in an outstanding period mansion building.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 6 months.
What is provided in the house share?
The bedrooms come fully furnished and bedding/linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and should be sufficient for most standard cooking. However, if you wish to bring something specialist, this is of course not a problem. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and food.
Is internet provided?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi internet in the bedrooms and throughout the house.
Are there any additional costs?
There is a one off booking fee of £50, apart from that all electric, gas and water bills are included as is wireless internet.
The house share does require a refundable damage deposit.
Which zone is this house-share located in?
This house-share is located in zone 2 just a short walk from Maida Vale Station. Maida Vale is on the Bakerloo line and is approximately just 5 minutes by tube from Paddington/Central London.
