What is provided in the house-share?

The bedrooms come fully furnished and bedding/linen is provided, however you are responsible for washing your own sheets. The Kitchen is fully fitted. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and food.

Is internet provided?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi internet in the bedrooms and throughout the house.

Are there any additional costs?

There is a one off booking fee of £50, apart from that all electric, gas and water bills are included as is wireless internet.

This house share may require a refundable damage deposit (subject to landlord).

This house share is located in zone 3 just a short walk from Walthamstow Central Station. Walthamstow Station is on the Victoria line and is approximately 20 minutes by tube from Central London.

Can I arrive midweek?

Unfortunately for this house-share bookings have to arrive and depart on weekends.
