This amazing seven bedroom house is arranged over three floors, offering a fantastic large living space throughout. All rooms are of a good size, have double beds and are furnished in a modern style. The house has recently been refurbished offering a bright and airy living space. There are 3 modern shared bathrooms, a large bright living-room, fully-equipped kitchen and a big outside space/garden
Location
Clarendon house is located just a short walk from Walthamstow Central Station which is served by the Victoria Line, the Overground and National Rail. Walthamstow Central is in zone 3 and is approximately 20 minutes from King’s Cross and Central London.

The minimum stay is 3 months.
What is provided in the house share?
The bedrooms come fully furnished and bedding/linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and should be sufficient for most standard cooking. However, if you wish to bring something specialist, this is of course not a problem. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and food.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi internet in the bedrooms and throughout the house.
Are there any additional costs?
There is a one off booking fee of £50, apart from that all electric, gas and water bills are included as is wireless internet.
