Location
This residence is located just moments from both Holloway Road Station and London Metropolitan University. The area is vibrant, safe, multicultural and is very popular with students. Situated close to The Emirates, Arsenal’s football stadium and just a short 2 stops (approximately 4 minutes) from King Cross St. Pancras and Central London, you will be right in the heart of the action.
To the North, you have Alexandra Palace which hosts everything from fireworks festivals to ‘Winter Wonderland’ at Christmas and music concerts in the summer.
All amenities are within walking distance. There are a number of banks, cafés, bars and two supermarkets nearby for your convenience.
Features
Built in late 2016, this modern purpose built residence offers over 800 bedrooms to students. Guests staying benefit from all inclusive rent (gas, electric, water and WiFi are all included) and no hidden charges. All rooms and studios have private en suite bathrooms. There are large, spacious common areas with pool tables and games.
This residence also has a large courtyard area which is perfect for everything from just relaxing and enjoying the summer to hosting larger social events. It offers everything you would expect from modern student accommodation, including study areas, secure bicycle storage, laundry rooms and on-site maintenance teams.

Holloway Road Arsenal - Single En Suite - Short Stay
This is a single en-suite room measuring around 11m². The room has a comfortable ¾ double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a large wardrobe and under-bed storage. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building. You will also have access to the communal living and kitchen areas which you will share with up to 9 flatmates.

However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.

These rooms contain all of the room facilities included in the en suite rooms, private bathroom, bed, storage etc but are slightly larger and feature a private kitchenette in your room.
Room sizes do vary but single en suite rooms are typically 11 sq meters. Studios are larger – approx 22 sq meters.
