Luca’s London Adventures

On my weekend I started a trip to view the sights which if you are new to London, these are some of the places I think everyone should visit. So my first stop, I went with my friends to the London Eye, which is a huge London landmark. The London Eye is a big wheel with a height of 135 meters. You have a really nice view of London city and I can recommend everyone who is having their first stay in London to visit.

Two Tips for the London Eye:

  • If you want to see more attractions like the Madame Tussauds or/and the London dungeon, buy the “London Eye Combination Tickets”. With these tickets you would save up to 50% off the entrance fees. (the other attractions are valid for 90 days from the date you visit the London Eye)
Prices and more information’s you can find here: https://www.londoneye.com/tickets-and-prices/london-combination-tickets/
  • The best time to visit the London Eye is when it is nice and sunny, but if the weather is not great the day you wish to visit you can still see a great view of London regardless of the weather.

After the London Eye we went to the London Dungeon

The London Dungeon is close to the London Eye and definitely worth a visit. It is a scary horror cabinet, which recreates various gory and macabre historical events of London in a humorous style. It was really interesting, funny and scary. I can recommend it but it will depend on the person if you will enjoy the experience or not, as it can be quite frightening at times!

Following the London Dungeon, we went to the Madame Tussauds

The Madame Tussauds is also a must when it’s your first stay in London. It’s such a nice experience to see all the famous figures, they look so real when you are standing in front of them. There is simply everything, from the greatest actors to politicians, Star Wars characters, The Marvel Avengers and more, there is something for everyone here!
