Information
Townhouse in a fantastic location! Located in the heart of Kentish Town just moments away from fashionable Camden Down with its world famous market, funky bars and music venues. This house shares offers six en-suite bedrooms with a mixture of single and double beds. There are also some great communal areas including a large fitted kitchen with laundry facilities. If you want to live in an en-suite room in an area with previous residents as famous and diverse as Charles Dickens, Gwyneth Paltrow and Amy Winehouse, this is the house share for you. Wi-fi internet is available free of charge. In the kitchen common area there is a large flat screen TV. Rooms are cleaned prior to students arriving and the common areas are cleaned once a week.
Location
Falkland House is just 3 minutes walk from Kentish Town Underground and only one stop to to Camden Town. Alternatively students can walk in 15 minutes or take a direct bus to get to school. To get to the centre is very easy, Tottenham Court Road is only 6 stops away.

Yes, wireless internet is available throughout the house and is included in the price.
What is provided in the house-share?
The bedrooms come fully furnished and bedding/linen is provided, however you are responsible for washing your own sheets. The Kitchen is fully fitted. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and food.
Are there any additional costs?
There is a one off booking fee of £50, apart from that all electric, gas and water bills are included as is wireless internet.
This house share may require a refundable damage deposit (subject to landlord).

This house share is located in zone 2 just a short walk from Kentish Town Station. Kentish Town Station is on the Northern line and is just a few minutes by tube from Central London.
