Cities can sometimes feel overwhelming like you are in a concrete jungle, but trust me you only have to explore a little to find some natural beauty too! Make sure you take yourself out and explore what London has to offer!
Little Venice-Regent’s Park
Little Venice is an area of beauty you would not expect to find full of colourful narrow boats where two canals meet. You can begin the walk along the pretty footpaths of Little Venice and head towards Regents Park, following the Regent’s Canal towpath. From there you can meander through Regent’s Park or even follow the outer circle, heading towards the ZSL London Zoo. If you are still not done exploring you can continue walking and in just around 15 minutes you could walk to Camden where there’s plenty of street food to enjoy at Camden Market where you can replenish after your walk.
The Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Walk
If you are really wanting to test your walking boots then complete the seven mile Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Walk, guided by 90 plaques set in the ground. It will take you past the many attractions associated with the memory of her. It will take you through four of the eight Royal Parks where one can view three palaces ticking off many beautiful sites such as St James’s park. Start at Canada Gate near the Queen Victoria Memorial and head left towards The Mall, picking up the path from there.
