This residence is located close to South Tottenham Station and Seven Sisters Underground Station, which is on the Victoria Line. This allows for easy access to Central London and a number of language schools, colleges and universities.
The area itself has a number of parks, is filled with restaurants, coffee shops and a full range of affordable international bistros. You will also have Alexandra Palace, Finsbury Park and The Tottenham Marshes nature reserve on your doorstep, offering a wide variety of things to see and do.

Priced to be affordable, this residence provides some great facilities and offers fantastic value for money. All bedrooms come with a private en-suite bathroom and are situated in a ‘mini apartment’. Each apartment has a shared kitchen and living area, ideal for hanging out with your new flatmates. All bills are Included in the cost of the rent, as well as free wireless internet and fortnightly cleaning of the communal areas. There is secure bike storage and a modern laundry facility.
In addition to on site security, the residence has an electronic entry system for your safety. There are also customer service and maintenance teams on hand if you need them.

Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
En-suite rooms are packed with features such as a private bathroom, a comfortable single bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi connected work space. A typical room is 12.5 metres squared.
You will have a shared lounge and fully fitted kitchen area to relax in with your flat mates.
