Situated in the London Borough of Southwark in a residential area of zone 2. This residence offers an excellent budget option within easy reach of Central London. It is well-located for a number of universities, including the University of the Arts London, King’s College London and London Southbank University.
The nearest underground station is Oval which is on the Northern Line. Denmark Hill Overground Station is also a short walk away and offers a direct connection to London Victoria. The residence is serviced by several bus routes offering quick and easy connections to Waterloo, Oxford Circus and Hyde Park. The local area offers a student-centric atmosphere and is supported by the diverse number of bars, cafes and restaurants.

Built in 2006, this modern, purpose-built student residence offers a range of 123 en-suite bedrooms rooms at an affordable price. The single en-suite rooms are arranged in mini-apartments with shared kitchen and living rooms. Studios rooms are slightly larger with cooking facilities, ideal for those who prefer to live independently. All rooms include a comfortable bed, an en-suite bathroom, a desk, a wardrobe and plenty of storage.
The facilities on-site include a management office, a fully equipped laundry and vending machines. The property is secured by gated entrances, digital CCTV coverage as well as out of hours duty manager cover and secure storage for 44 bicycles. There is Wi-Fi internet available in every bedroom and throughout the building.

This is a single en-suite room measuring around 12m². The room has a comfortable small double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe, under-bed storage and plenty of storage. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building. You will also have access to the communal living and kitchen areas which you will share with up to 5 flatmates.

No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
