Camden Town is an iconic cultural hotspot of London and a must for anyone staying in or visiting the capital. The area is famous for its markets, its picturesque canal, foods from around the world, but most of all its music. Over the years, the likes of The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd and Amy Winehouse have all made Camden their home, and today it can still be sensed in its pubs and music venues.
From Koko to The Roundhouse to The Jazz Cafe, Camden has some of the best music venues London has to offer. But it is not all just shopping and nightlife, Camden is also the home of a number of museums, galleries and of course ZDL London Zoo.
Recently refurbished, this residence has all of the facilities you would expect to find in luxury student accommodation.There is a large social area with a pool table, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access throughout the building and a lounge area to relax in. There is also a large outside area complete with a garden and 7 private study rooms within the residence.
All bedrooms are studio en-suite rooms with rain-effect showers. Each studio is equipped with a private kitchenette, a microwave and a 100-litre fridge/freezer. There are luggage storage facilities for early arrivals. Nearby there is a large choice of sports facilities, gyms and Regent’s Park (a runner’s paradise), is just a short jog away.
The residence sits a couple of minutes from Chalk Farm station, with Camden Town just down the road, so you are on the Northern line and inside Zone 2. That puts a lot of London’s universities within a short, direct ride. Euston and King’s Cross are only a few stops south, which means UCL, SOAS, Birkbeck and the University of the Arts campus at Central Saint Martins are all an easy commute of roughly fifteen to twenty minutes door to door. London Metropolitan University’s Holloway campus is a short hop north, and the Royal Veterinary College has its main site in Camden itself. Regent’s University London and its park are about fifteen minutes away on foot. Beyond the tube, the Regent’s Canal towpath makes a flat cycle or walk into the centre, and buses run through Camden around the clock, so getting home after a late night in the library is never a problem. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.

Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Yes, under 18s are welcome to stay at this residence. For guests who are 16 or 17 years old we will require a parental consent form to be completed. This form will state that your parents are happy for your to stay in this residence.
