Camden Town is an iconic cultural hotspot of London and a must for anyone staying in or visiting the capital. The area is famous for its markets, its picturesque canal, foods from around the world, but most of all its music. Over the years, the likes of The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd and Amy Winehouse have all made Camden their home, and today it can still be sensed in its pubs and music venues.
From Koko to The Roundhouse to The Jazz Cafe, Camden has some of the best music venues London has to offer. But it is not all just shopping and nightlife, Camden is also the home of a number of museums, galleries and of course ZDL London Zoo.
Recently refurbished, this residence has all of the facilities you would expect to find in luxury student accommodation.There is a large social area with a pool table, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access throughout the building and a lounge area to relax in. There is also a large outside area complete with a garden and 7 private study rooms within the residence.
All bedrooms are studio en-suite rooms with rain-effect showers. Each studio is equipped with a private kitchenette, a microwave and a 100-litre fridge/freezer. There are luggage storage facilities for early arrivals. Nearby there is a large choice of sports facilities, gyms and Regent’s Park (a runner’s paradise), is just a short jog away.

This is a single en-suite studio with a wet-room style private bathroom and a private kitchenette. The room has a good sized double bed as standard, a desk area and private bathroom. There is plenty of space for your belongings, with a wardrobe and shelves. The studio is fully equipped with linen, towels and kitchen utensils provided free of charge. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building.

If you are booking for a full academic year you can select the type of room you stay in.
However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.

Camden is a lively area popular with students, young people and the young at heart. No matter what your interest is, you will not find difficult to fill your time here, from the bars and famous music venues to the art exhibitions to London Zoo, there is something for everyone here.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Yes, under 18s are welcome to stay at this residence. For guests who are 16 or 17 years old we will require a parental consent form to be completed. This form will state that your parents are happy for your to stay in this residence.
