This House-share is located on a residential street right next to Regent’s Park and within 5 minutes walking distance to Warren Street station. There are many shops, bars and restaurants close to the property and the major universities and language schools in Bloomsbury are just 10 minutes away. Clarence Gardens is served by the Victoria, Northern, Metropolitan, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Overground lines.

The minimum stay for this house-share is 6 months.
What is provided in the house share?
The bedrooms come fully furnished and bedding/linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and should be sufficient for most standard cooking. However, if you wish to bring something specialist, this is of course not a problem. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and food.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi internet in the bedrooms and throughout the house.
Are there any additional costs?
There is a one off booking fee of £50, apart from that all electric, gas and water bills are included as is wireless internet.
