Located in the heart of Liverpool’s University district, the residence is located a five-minute bus ride from the city centre, and if you fancy a walk, it is just 15-minutes away. The residence benefits from being a short distance from local amenities, bars, pubs and restaurants, catering for all cultures and tastes – so you’ll never be short of things to see and do.
The area of Concert Square in the city centre is popular among students and is one of the liveliest spots in the city. The Square has an array of bars including Revolution, Walkabouts and the Krazyhouse, three floors of absolute madness. Matthew Street is also a popular student haunt, and it’s widely known for the Cavern Club – where the world-famous group, The Beatles honed their skills.
The Albert Dock is the more up-market side of Liverpool and is just a brisk 20-minute walk from the residence. The Dock is famous in Liverpool and makes up the largest group of Grade 1 listed buildings in the country – the super posh kinds that are protected by law! Albert Dock has loads to see and do, including international art, award-winning museums and attractions, great bars and restaurants, gift shops and two hotels. With their closeness to the residence, the fancy, rather more cultured drinking establishments are great for that special night out – just make sure you dress to impress!
The residence has 563 rooms which are all en-suites. All rooms have your own bathroom in the room which offers you plenty of privacy. Residents then have access to a fully fitted kitchen with a living area which would accommodate between 5-6 people. The residence also has slightly larger en-suite room options for those who wish to have a double occupancy room – just be sure to have your roommate all ready to sign up with you, as the residence won’t be able to put you in with a total stranger!
You will find a large outdoor communal area within the residence. So on those days when you’re feeling like a change from the indoors, you can go outside and top up your tan – weather permitting of course!! Not only that but on those lovely summer days (which the UK DOES occasionally get), there is no better way to socialise with your flatmates and other residents than with a BBQ in a specially designated area outdoor!
Despite the residence being excellently located to everything, the residence does have its own parking facilities for those who just cannot live without the comfort and luxury of their car! So instead of having to wait for a bus or a cancelled train, you can take pleasure in knowing that your car is just outside your door waiting for you to jump into and drive off into the horizon!

Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
