Situated in London’s vibrant East End Pacific Court is perfectly located for students attending any number of East London’s universities. The residence is within a short walk of Queen Mary University, London Metropolitan University’s Aldgate campus and within easy reach of City University. In addition, there are excellent transport links by underground train or bus across all of London.
The area is popular with students, with just under 20,000 living and studying locally. This means you will have any number of student events, pubs, clubs and music events on your doorstep on any given night of the week. There is also a wide range of practical amenities close to the residence, with supermarkets, cafes and a large shopping centre all nearby.
The Pacific Court residence is a modern purpose-built student residence comprising of a choice of 2/5 bedroom apartments and individual studios. There is a common room with a free pool table and a wide screen TV, ideal for movie nights. There is also a private courtyard, a laundry and secure bicycle storage. Residents staying in Pacific Court have free access to 25Mb Wi-Fi both in their rooms and throughout the building. All bills are included in the weekly rate including water, heating, electricity and contents insurance.
There is a customer service and maintenance team on site. The building is fitted with the latest electronic entry system, plenty of CCTV cameras and an out of hours security team for your safety.

This is a single en-suite room measuring around 12m². The room has a comfortable ¾ double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe and under-bed storage. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building. You will also have access to the communal living and kitchen areas which you will share with up to 5 flatmates.

However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
There is free fortnightly cleaning for communal kitchens and living areas.
