Why not have some quaint pub food and a drink in a beautiful Victorian pub located just minutes away from the residence. The food here is of an exceptional standard, all being freshly prepared on-site and not disappointing ever; this is probably one of the best places in town to experience eating pheasant for the first time, as it will ensure that you will want to continue eating it forever. Couple that with the cheerful staff and gluten-free beer – this will fast become your local pub whilst you are here!
This beautiful Grade II listed building in a highly sought after road in London has magnificent high ceilings, which makes the residence itself seem much larger inside than it actually it is. Everyone will find that the residence is especially for them; there is a large common area which is great for meeting other guests and making those friends for life. There is additionally a quiet study room for those studious types where you are able to get your work done with minimal interruptions.
Not only are all the utility bills included in the price of the rent, but you have access (for free) to a massive 50 MB of the internet over seven devices. There are no niggly hidden charges there for you to worry about. Another thing which is included in your stay for you would be the use of the state-of-the-art onsite gym – just for use by the residents! So no need to worry about the £50.00 a month gym membership at Virgin Active, when you have it all in-house.
There is an onsite laundry room for you to do all of your washing and drying in at any time of the day and night. The friendly bilingual reception staff are always on standby to assist you not only with any in-house questions or issues you may have, but also to help you adjust to life outside of the residence too.

If you are booking for a full academic year you can select the type of room you stay in.
However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Yes, please note that a damage deposit of £200 will be taken by the residence when you check-in. The residence will refund the deposit after your stay providing your room has not been damaged and the rules of the residence have been observed during your stay. The arrangement of the damage deposit is between you and the accommodation supplier (the residence). Please ask the residence upon check-in for the full terms and conditions on the arrangement and for details on how and when the deposit will be refunded.
Generally speaking, between 5 and 6 people share the bathroom facilities at the residence.

No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
