This beautiful Art Deco listed building is located just a moment away from Great Portland Street Station and an easy stroll from Regent’s Park. The apartments benefit from being located in an area that has the quiet and peaceful feel of the park, as well as being well served by three Zone 1 underground stations: Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park, all of which are within a 5-minute walk.
Regent’s Park is one of London’s largest and most popular parks. Once a hunting ground for King Henry VIII, it is now a vast open parkland interspersed with beautiful, formal, landscaped gardens. This area is perfect for a morning stroll in the rose garden or for jogging. Within a short walk of the apartments, you will find a number of popular attractions including Madame Tussauds, The British Library and London Zoo. Oxford Street is also nearby as is Marylebone High Street, with its wonderful range of unique boutiques, restaurants and bars.

This is a one bedroom apartment, with the bedroom measuring around 22m² and the reception room measuring around 10m². These spacious apartments are perfectly located on the corner wings of the building, which makes all living rooms benefit from dual-aspect windows and greater definition between the sitting and dining areas. Each apartment has a separate bedroom with individually controlled heating and super king-sized beds. They have a private spacious bathroom with shower and bath and powerful hairdryers and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is also fully equipped and has everything you might expect from a serviced apartment including a coffee machine.

Regent’s Park – Executive Apartment
The executive apartments are the ideal option for those looking for good value luxury accommodation. The executive apartment measures around 23m², which means they are around double the size of the studio apartments. Each apartment is fully equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and a fully-equipped refurbished mini-kitchen, an en-suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a TV and Wi-Fi. The apartments can accommodate from 1 to 3 adults, and are serviced and cleaned 5 times per week. Guests are welcome to use the facilities of the hotel, including the concierge and complimentary luggage storage.

There is the option to use the laundry and dry cleaning facilities within the hotel at an additional charge.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet. The apartment and hotel do offer a number of additional services which are not included in the price of the room. For example, the restaurants, bars and lounges are all chargeable.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
