This is a one bedroom studio apartment measuring around 12m². This room has a ¾ sized bed and is suitable for one or two people. The cosy apartment is fully equipped with a private kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a TV and Wi-Fi. The executive apartments are the ideal option for those looking for good value luxury accommodation. The executive apartment measures around 23m², which means they are around double the size of the studio apartments. Each apartment is fully equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and a fully-equipped refurbished mini-kitchen, an en-suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a TV and Wi-Fi. The apartments can accommodate from 1 to 3 adults, and are serviced and cleaned 5 times per week. Guests are welcome to use the facilities of the hotel, including the concierge and complimentary luggage storage.

Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet. The apartment and hotel do offer a number of additional services which are not included in the price of the room. For example, the restaurants, bars and lounges are all chargeable.
