Location
Kentish Town has been called the slightly more sophisticated older brother to nearby Camden. The area is packed with things to do and see and is very well located to a number of language schools and universities. The local area is packed with places to eat, cafes, bars and pubs as well as a number of famous and more underground music venues. The nearby high street takes care of your more practical needs with multiple supermarkets and shops and if all of that isn’t enough, you even have Camden less than 10 minutes walk away.
Hampstead Heath Park is just a short walk away and offers some great outdoor space which includes tennis courts, a running track and a beautiful forest ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. Kentish Town even has its own city farm complete with resident ducks. What more could you ask for?
Features
This residence has so many facilities and features, it is going to be a challenge to fit them all in. Firstly the rooms, they are all studios meaning they have their own private bathroom and kitchen. In addition the studios are ready to ‘live in’ so come equipped with everything from pots and pans to plates, cutlery, ironing boards, bedding etc. All included as with the price of the studio.
The residence itself has an onsite café, a cinema, a quirky lounge/dining area and even a disco. The in house Events Team organises weekly events for the residents alongside larger seasonal parties. Your day to day needs have also been considered so there is a convenient laundry room, bike storage and gym space for you to make the most of. If you are booking for a full academic year you can select the type of room you stay in.
However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.

Camden is a lively area popular with students, young people and the young at heart. No matter what your interest is, you will not find difficult to fill your time here, from the bars and famous music venues to the art exhibitions to London Zoo, there is something for everyone here.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Yes, under 18s are welcome to stay at this residence. For guests who are 16 or 17 years old we will require a parental consent form to be completed. This form will state that your parents are happy for your to stay in this residence.
