Location
Situated on Berry Street just off Fairfield Street, this residence is located in the heart of Manchester city centre, within each of the main shopping and entertainment districts, as well as transport links such as Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station. Within a short walk, you have the famous Printworks entertainment complex which offers a wide range of bars, nightclubs, restaurants and a cinema. Alternatively, you are also within walking distance of the Northern Quarter which is famed for its vibrant street art, bohemian bars, independent record shops and some of the best restaurants Manchester has to offer.
There are a number of language schools within walking distance and you are within easy reach of the cities leading educational establishments including Manchester University, Manchester Metropolitan University and Manchester College of Arts and Technology.
Features
This large modern facility offers over 700 fully fitted bedrooms to students and interns. All rooms are situated in 4, 5 or 6 bedroom ‘mini-apartments’ which come complete with a shared kitchen and living area. Each room benefits from an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin and is fully fitted with bedroom furniture including a comfortable bed, a built-in wardrobe, a desk with chair and a bedside cabinet. There is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
There are some excellent communal facilities including a spacious communal living area, an on-site laundry facility, comprehensive CCTV system monitoring the site, secure electronic entry systems and a 24-hour security and reception team. Resulting in some of the safest city centre living, Manchester has to offer.

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
En-suite rooms include features such as a private bathroom, a comfortable three-quarter sized bed (or a double bed if you are in the larger en-suite), your own desk for study and Wi-Fi connected workspace.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
