As soon as you step outside the door of the residence you will be within walking distance of a wide range of London attractions, ranging from The Scala nightclub to the British Library. Need to relax? Why not enjoy a coffee near the fountains at Granary Square or take a relaxing walk along the canal. This residence could not be in a better location for you to enjoy Central London.
Modern and contemporary, this residence offers student living at its finest. Offering a range of studios and two-bedroom apartments all with private en-suite bathrooms and kitchen facilities. All bedrooms have been designed with students in mind, come with contemporary furniture and appliances, including kitchens with touch-function hobs. You’ll get your own bathroom, a large bed and private study area. In addition, each room comes with a flat screen HD TV.
There is a large common area, ideal for socialising, a fully equipped laundry and bicycle storage. All bills are included as well as Wi-Fi in every room and throughout the building. There is even a private garden to relax in.

This is a single en-suite studio measuring from around 16m²-17m². The room has a comfortable ¾ double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a large wardrobe and under-bed storage. The studio is fully equipped with a private kitchenette and comes with a licenced television with Freeview included. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building.

However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
Telephone Bill and Television License are NOT included
The residence comes with plenty of secure bike storage, so there’s no excuse not to bring yours and get some exercise.
For bookings of less than 4 full weeks a booking fee of £50 will be added to the invoice.
