Living in this residence will give you excellent access to the majority of the London universities. Being close to both Camden Town Station and Kentish Town Station means you can reach Russell Square, Bloomsbury and universities such as UCL, SOAS and University of the Arts in just 10 to 15 minutes.
The cosmopolitan area of Kentish Town is made famous by its abundance of award-winning traditional English pubs. Walk a few minutes to the south and you are in the heart of one of the most popular and fashionable areas of London, Camden. An area famous for its music venues, market and London Zoo. Walk a couple of minutes walk north and you are greeted by the fantastic views of the open green spaces of Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath complete with its Lido offering retro, year-round outdoor poolside charm.

Kentish Town Residence offers spacious, bright and versatile studios and one-bedroom apartments. Each studio benefits from a private en suite bathroom, a study area, a large comfortable bed (twin facilities are available) and of course plenty of storage. In comparison to most student residences, the kitchen/living area in each studio is very large. You will have your own oven, hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a breakfast bar.
All your bills, heating and electricity are included. The residence has on-site laundry facilities and a private courtyard with bike storage. There are reception and maintenance teams, 24-hour security with secure door entry systems and CCTV cameras. All to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay.
The studios are available for both short and long stays and as they are so unusually large they are perfect for couples or friends who wish to stay together. There is Wi-Fi in every room and throughout the building.

However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.
