Location
Renowned for its beautiful Victorian sandstone buildings, cobbled streets and parks and gardens, Glasgow’s West End is the home of the city’s rich and famous. Kelvin Court is located in the heart of the West End, just moments away from Kelvingrove Park and a number of stunning local Neo-Gothic university buildings. The University of Glasgow’s main campus is just a 10-minute walk away, as is Glasgow International College and a number of the city’s English language schools.
Features
The Kelvin Court residence is a modern, purpose-built student residence offering a wide range of bedrooms all benefiting from private en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are well-designed and fully-furnished with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, an en-suite bathroom and a study station. Single en-suite rooms are part of mini apartments and have access to a shared kitchen and living room great for socialising with friends. Studios are larger and come with a private kitchen and dining area within the room.

This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
En-suite rooms include features such as a private bathroom, a comfortable three-quarter sized bed, your own desk for study and Wi-Fi connected work space.
The minimum stay is 4 weeks.
Rooms are typically between 11-16 square meters.
