Location
Glasgow is one of the liveliest and most cosmopolitan cities in the UK, boasting everything from some of the best art galleries to the widest range of shops outside of London.
Situated less than a mile from the city centre and just a short walk from the Glasgow’s major universities, this residence is ideally situated for students studying in the city. Locally you have High Street Train Station within a couple of minutes walk or in the opposite direction is Merchant Square which is home to a number of pubs, bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walk, ideal for keeping the fridge full.
Features
This is a large residence offering a range of room types. All bedrooms come equipped with a comfortable bed, storage for your clothes and a desk/study area. All rooms are come with a private en suite bathroom. The single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen and living area while the studios have cooking facilities within the rooms. The residence provides a fortnightly cleaning service of the communal areas including the living room and kitchen.
There is CCTV throughout the building, an onsite service and security team and the latest electronic entry system for your security. There is also a fully equipped laundry and bicycle storage.

However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
En-suite rooms include features such as a private bathroom, a comfortable three-quarter sized bed, your own desk for study and Wi-Fi connected work space.
The minimum stay is 4 weeks.
Rooms are typically 12 square meters.
