This residence is located on Holloway Road which is a vibrant, student-friendly part of the city. It is home to London Metropolitan University and lined with cafes, supermarkets, student-friendly clubs and bars, a department store and a cinema. You are also just moments from both Holloway Road Station and Archway Underground Station.
The local area is vibrant, safe, multicultural and is very popular with students. Situated close to The Emirates, Arsenal’s football stadium and just a short 2 stops (approximately 4 minutes) from King Cross St. Pancras and Central London, you will be right in the heart of the action. To the North, you have Alexandra Palace which hosts everything from fireworks festivals to ‘Winter Wonderland’ at Christmas, and music concerts in the summer.
This is a modern residence, so each of its 149 rooms come with a private en-suite bathroom. All rooms come with a good sized comfortable bed, a study area with desk and plenty of storage space. The rooms are situated in mini-apartments with access to a shared kitchen and living area, which is perfect for socialising and meeting new friends.
The residence boasts a large common room which is great for socialising or chilling out and catching up on your programmes on the giant widescreen TV. The management team also arrange regular social events for the residents throughout the year. There is, of course, an on-site laundry, bicycle storage facilities and 24-hour security including CCTV throughout the building. There is Wi-Fi in every bedroom and throughout the building.

This is a single en-suite room measuring around 12-13m². The room has a comfortable small double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe, under-bed storage and plenty of storage. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building. You will also have access to the communal living and kitchen areas which you will share with up to 8 flatmates.

This is a single en-suite studio measuring around 23-30m². The room has a comfortable double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe and plenty of storage. The studio is fully equipped with a private kitchenette. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building.

If you are booking for a full academic year you can select the type of room you stay in.
However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.

Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
