The cosmopolitan area of Kentish Town is made famous by its abundance of award-winning traditional English pubs. Walk a few minutes to the south and you are in the heart of one of the most popular and fashionable areas of London, Camden. An area famous for its music venues, market and London Zoo. Walk a couple of minutes walk north and you are greeted by the fantastic views of the open green spaces of Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath complete with its Lido offering retro, year-round outdoor poolside charm.
With over 170 rooms, this residence offers a range of en-suite bedrooms, either as part of a mini apartment with access to a shared kitchen and living room or as self-contained studios with cooking facilities in the room. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, a TV aerial socket and a study desk with chair. There is also plenty of storage space for your clothes.
There is a social area where you can enjoy a game of pool or just chill out on one of the sofas and watch a movie on the smart TV. There is an onsite laundry and secure bicycle storage. There is a maintenance team on hand to help you, a reception team and 24-hour security. The building is also monitored 24-7 by CCTV for your safety.

This is a single en-suite room measuring around 13m². The room has a comfortable ¾ double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe and under-bed storage. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building. You will also have access to the communal living and kitchen areas which you will share with up to 6 flatmates.

Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
There is free fortnightly cleaning for communal kitchens and living areas.
