The residence is a student development which opened in September 2017 and is located in the upcoming area of New Cross. The residence contains a humble 87 rooms which are a combination of Single En-suite and Studio rooms in a cluster flat layout.

Therefore there is either the option of sharing the kitchen facilities with your fellow flat mates in a Single En-suite, or the privacy of a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom within your room in a Studio.

Minimum stay: 2 weeks

This is a single en-suite room measuring around 12sqm and located on the upper levels. The room has a comfortable small double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe and plenty of shelving and storage. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building. You will also have access to the communal living and kitchen areas which you will share with between 5-11 flatmates.
