Situated in zone 1, right in the heart of cosmopolitan East Central London, this residence is perfectly located for many of London’s universities and language schools. The residence benefits from being close to both quirky, fashionable areas such Shoreditch, Hoxton, Whitechapel and Brick Lane as well as the more traditional but iconic districts of London Bridge and the Tower of London.
The area surrounding the residence is buzzing with shops, bars and restaurants. There are a number of quality supermarkets, including Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose all within a short walk of your front door. There are also first-class transport links within easy reach including zone 1 Aldgate East which is just a couple of minutes walk away and the transfer hubs of Liverpool Street Station and Stratford International both nearby.
Features
Packed full of feature, this stylish, modern residence benefits from a wide range of first-class facilities. There is a large lounge area with sofas, TVs, a pool table and a table football all free for guests to use. A large gym complete with a fitness studio that is open 24 hours per day. Guests can also use any of the six soundproof private study and music rooms, two of which come with pianos. There is a private courtyard which acts as a suntrap, ideal for summer days and evenings.
All bedrooms come with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a flatscreen television and airconditioning. Studio bedrooms come with private kitchen facilities within the room, while single en-suite bedrooms have access to a large shared kitchen and lounge, ideal for relaxing in with friends.

The room has a comfortable double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe, under-bed storage and plenty of wall shelving and storage. This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
At the time of writing, this residence currently accepts students who are aged 16+.
