Located just a 2 minute walk from Zone 3 station Tottenham Hale, Central London is just 10-15 minutes away via the Victoria Line. Within minutes of the residence you can be at a number of London’s universities including King’s College London, London Metropolitan University, UCL, City University and a plethora of language schools located in Bloomsbury and Holborn.
You are also just a few minutes down the road from bustling Walthamstow High Street, with its shops, bars and restaurants. The area has a large student population with a number of amenities including a retail park, a cinema and a large supermarket. The nearby Walthamstow Reservoirs and River Lea is Europe’s largest Urban Wetland Park, a perfect calm escape from city life.

Emily Bowes Court is a modern, purpose-built student residence offering a range of en-suite rooms at an affordable price. All single en-suite rooms are situated in mini-apartments with shared kitchen and living rooms. Studios rooms are slightly larger with cooking facilities ideal for those who prefer to live independently. All rooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and plenty of storage. There is Wi-Fi internet available in every bedroom and throughout the building.
The residence boasts a private courtyard, a common room, an onsite laundry and bike storage facilities. There is also CCTV security throughout the building and secure door entry for your safety.

Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
The residence provides a 24 hour on-site security and emergency team. There is a modern security entry system and CCTV in all major areas of the building.
