The residence now provides in excess of 1,200 student rooms. All guests are able to benefit from the facilities, which include a cinema room, games room, launderette, music rooms, group study rooms, quiet study lounges, dining facilities, four tennis courts and landscaped gardens. The residence is fully catered and able to provide breakfast and dinner. In addition to this, you will find a pantry on each floor perfect for preparing hot drinks and snacks.

This is a single en-suite room measuring around 13m². The room has a comfortable single bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a large wardrobe and additional storage. However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
Kitchens will be cleaned weekly, including rubbish removal.
Individual rooms will not be cleaned and it is up to the residents to keep them clean and tidy.
All bathrooms in common spaces (i.e. ground and lower ground floors) will be cleaned regularly.
The residence is security patrolled and CCTV is used.
Cycling is encouraged; there is secure bike storage available on the lower ground floor with capacity to hold a maximum of 600 bikes.
