Location
Located on the world famous Olympic Way (formally Wembley Way) under the shadow of 134 metre-high Wembley Arch, this residence is in an area steeped in history. But is it not all world-class sporting events and music concerts, the whole area surrounding the stadium has been re-developed, meaning that guests staying in the residence can benefit from the new shopping centre, complete with designer outlets, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
The residence is less than a 5-minute walk from Wembley Stadium Station, offering connections to Marylebone in less than 10 minutes. Wembley Park underground station is a 5-minute walk away, which is on the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines.

Opened in September 2016, this residence benefits from all the facilities you would expect from a modern purpose built student residence and aims to provide them at fantastic value for money. This 19-storey building provides 629 en-suite rooms and 70 studio rooms complete with designated kitchens and dining/living areas which are shared among residents of each mini apartment.
Communal areas for students include a common room, TV rooms, outside terraces with unbeatable views across London and quiet private study areas. Additionally, all bills are included in the total price, and students will also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi in every room and throughout the building. There is a 24-hour security team and on-site laundry facilities.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
The residence comes with plenty of secure bike storage, so there’s no excuse not to bring yours and get some exercise.
For bookings of less than 4 full weeks a booking fee of £50 will be added to the invoice.
