Location
Situated just a couple of minutes away from Bethnal Green Station, this residence is in an excellent location for many of London’s universities, the language schools in Holborn and for exploring Central London. Bethnal Green is one of the most vibrant and up and coming areas of the city, packed with students and young professionals. It offers a wide variety of art galleries, restaurants, cool bars and nightclubs.
Locally, the fashionable areas of Shoreditch, Hoxton and The Docklands are just a short train ride or 20 minutes’ walk away. Jump on the Central Line and you can be in Holborn within 10 minutes, or Oxford Street within 13 minutes. Queen Mary University is just a short walk away.

All rooms have private en suite bathrooms, either with private kitchen facilities in the room or access to shared kitchen and living areas. Ideal for students who want to live independently but also spend time socialising with friends. All rooms have comfortable three-quarter sized double beds, a study area and plenty of storage space.
There is a large common area and a roof terrace with views across London. All utility bills plus high-speed Wi-Fi internet are included as well as basic contents insurance. There is a fully equipped laundry room and an area for secure bicycle storage.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
The residence comes with plenty of secure bike storage, so there’s no excuse not to bring yours and get some exercise.
For bookings of less than 4 full weeks a booking fee of £50 will be added to the invoice.
