Location
Marylebone is an area of Central London which is located between Oxford Circus and Regent’s Park. Despite being in the heart of one of the busiest and most exciting cities in the world, this chic residential area offers a village feel. You do not have to travel far for excitement though, within walking distance you have the indie boutiques and smart restaurants of Marylebone High Street, tourist attractions such as Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes Museum. If shopping or nightclubbing is more your thing, Oxford Street is just moments away, with some of the biggest and busiest shops the UK has to offer. Soho and the famous West End are all within easy reach with world-class music venues, comedy clubs, pubs, bars and restaurants.

The residence is situated in a beautiful and historic Grade II listed building that has been tastefully refurbished to provide high-quality accommodation for students. All rooms are ‘en suite studios’, this means they come with an en suite bathroom and a private kitchenette. The studios also benefit from a good sized comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, a study desk and a wardrobe for storage.
The residence has a quiet study zone, a laundrette and an entertainment area. There is a well established social scene at the residence with regular events organised by the management.This is also an extremely secure residence with 24-hour access to onsite reception and security team and CCTV. All utility bills are inclusive.

If you are booking for a full academic year you can select the type of room you stay in.
However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.

This amazing central location is close to the world-famous shopping district of Oxford Street. Several tube stations are within a 5-minute walk providing easy and quick access to a wealth of London destinations.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.

No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
