Kelvin Court is located in the heart of the West End, just moments away from Kelvingrove Park and a number of stunning local Neo-Gothic university buildings. The University of Glasgow’s main campus is just a 10-minute walk away, as is Glasgow International College and a number of the city’s English language schools.
The Kelvin Court residence is a modern, purpose-built student residence offering a wide range of bedrooms all benefiting from private en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are well-designed and fully-furnished with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, an en-suite bathroom and a study station. Single en-suite rooms are part of mini apartments and have access to a shared kitchen and living room great for socialising with friends. Studios are larger and come with a private kitchen and dining area within the room.
The residence has a number of social spaces including a lounge and a courtyard. There is a 24-hour reception and security team, CCTV and electric key fob access, Wi-Fi in every bedroom and throughout the building.

No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
