The residence’s Central London location offers fantastic transport links, meaning you can easily travel anywhere in London. In less than 20 minutes you can be in Leicester Square with it’s West End theatres, as well as nearby Soho for nightlife and Covent Garden for pubs and clubs, so you are ideally-located to experience the best nightlife and entertainment in Central London.
In the opposite direction you have Hoxton, the famous Brick Lane with its legendary curry houses and Spitalfields markets where you can find vintage jewellery, boutiques, restaurants and traditional British market stalls.
The residence is made up of 136 purpose-built studios all with en-suite bathrooms. Each studio contains a comfortable three-quarter sized bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi connected work space. The rooms are at least 13m² in size, and many are actually larger.
There is plenty of storage space, as each room is fitted with a large wardrobe, desk study area and shelves. You will have your own kitchenette in your studio so you can cook in your room.
The common room is perfect for socialising and making new friends. There is Wi-Fi in every room, plenty of vending machines throughout the building offering snacks and drinks, laundry services, bike storage, and on-site security and maintenance.

Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.
This residence is perfectly located in Central London. You are just a short walk from Angel station which is on the Northern Line.
There are bus routes connecting you with every corner of London. Just a few minutes from King’s Cross St. Pancras you could even spend the weekend in France or Belgium.
There are designated areas to safely store your bike.
