You do not have to travel far for excitement though, within walking distance you have the indie boutiques and smart restaurants of Marylebone High Street, tourist attractions such as Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes Museum. The residence is situated in a beautiful and historic Grade II listed building that has been tastefully refurbished to provide high-quality accommodation for students. All rooms are ‘en suite studios’, this means they come with an en suite bathroom and a private kitchenette. The studios also benefit from a good sized comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, a study desk and a wardrobe for storage.
The residence has a quiet study zone, a laundrette and an entertainment area. There is a well established social scene at the residence with regular events organised by the management.This is also an extremely secure residence with 24-hour access to onsite reception and security team and CCTV. However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.
