There is a large lounge area with sofas, TVs, a pool table and a table football all free for guests to use. A large gym complete with a fitness studio that is open 24 hours per day. Guests can also use any of the six soundproof private study and music rooms, two of which come with pianos. There is a private courtyard which acts as a suntrap, ideal for summer days and evenings.
All bedrooms come with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a flatscreen television and airconditioning. Studio bedrooms come with private kitchen facilities within the room, while single en-suite bedrooms have access to a large shared kitchen and lounge, ideal for relaxing in with friends.

This is a single en-suite room measuring around 14.5m². The room has a comfortable double bed, a desk area and private bathroom, as well as a wardrobe, under-bed storage and plenty of wall shelving and storage. There is free Wi-Fi in each bedroom and throughout the building. You will also have access to the communal living and kitchen areas which you will share with between 4–6 flatmates.

However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.
On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.

Keeping fit is easy thanks to our on-site gym – free to use whenever you like. Feel the burn, without the hole in your wallet!
There is a large, deluxe common room kitted out with state-of-the-art furnishings and plenty of activities so you can sit back and chill with your mates.
The residence comes with plenty of secure bike storage, so there’s no excuse not to bring yours and get some exercise.
There’s an external courtyard area, so there’s plenty of opportunity to get some quiet time or catch a tan… British weather depending, of course.
Our lovely staff at reception will happily take delivery of parcels and signed-for items – so no need to give up that online shopping addiction!
