Regent’s Park is one of London’s largest and most popular parks. Once a hunting ground for King Henry VIII, it is now a vast open parkland interspersed with beautiful, formal, landscaped gardens. The apartments can accommodate from 1 to 3 adults, and are serviced and cleaned 5 times per week. However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you do have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Can I view this apartment prior to booking?
If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the apartment’s team for you to view the propery.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the building.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences or apartments.
Where can I wash my clothes?
There is the option to use the laundry and dry cleaning facilities within the hotel at an additional charge.
Are bills included in the price?
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet. The apartment and hotel do offer a number of additional services which are not included in the price of the room. For example, the restaurants, bars and lounges are all chargeable.
Do the apartments have internet?
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
Is there a curfew?
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Is there always a member of staff available?
Yes, there is a full onsite concierge, room service and 24hr duty manager available with key service.

Unfortunately, this residence is only available to people aged 18 or over unless they are staying with an adult e.g. a parent and a child.
