Benefiting from a number of excellent facilities and offering over 500 amazingly designed studios, this is a premium option for student life in East London.
  • Each studio has a private en-suite bathroom and cooking facilities within the room. All studios are expertly and individually designed, with clean lines and bursts of colour, a theme that can be found throughout the building from the excellent gym to the onsite restaurants and private study areas.

Local Area

With over 15,000 students studying locally at Queen Mary University of London, this residence is located in a neighbourhood with a thriving student community. Mile End has been close to the heart of the regeneration of East London which means it now finds itself as one of the most fashionable areas of London complete with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars.

This isn’t just a student and party area, it is also one of the greenest parts of London, between Victoria and Mile End parks and alongside the Regent Canal. This allows students to experience the quieter side of London, while also experiencing the benefits of being in a city like London.

Facilities

This large, modern, purpose built residence is superbly equipped with a number of high-end facilities and features that would be more commonly found in a luxury apartment block than in student accommodation.

Every one of the 588 en suite rooms in the building is a ‘studio’ meaning that each room comes equipped with a mini kitchen. If you prefer cooking with friends, you can use the large communal kitchen complete with widescreen TV. In addition to this, you’ll find two on site restaurants, a lounge with a wide screen TV and bean bags, ideal for film nights. Guests staying at this residence also receive free membership to the excellent on site gym.
