Location

Located on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre, the property is within five minutes of Hope Street, Liverpool’s famous Georgian Quarter, and within walking distance of many great cultural venues.

Liverpool city centre is only 15 minutes’ walk from the property, and features entertainment venues such as the Odeon IMAX Cinema based in the Liverpool One shopping district.

Liverpool Echo Arena is located on the Kings Dock, home to beautiful dock buildings renovated into clubs, restaurants and shops, and hosts a variety of sporting, music and comedy events. If you are a music fan, there are many attractions based on arguably Liverpool’s most famous export, The Beatles. These include the Beatles Festival in August, The Cavern, The Beatles Story and Taxi Tours.

This is a large residence offering a range of room types. All bedrooms come equipped with a comfortable bed, storage for your clothes and a desk/study area. All rooms are come with a private en suite bathroom. The single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen and living area while the studios have cooking facilities within the rooms. The residence provides a fortnightly cleaning service of the communal areas including the living room and kitchen.

There is CCTV throughout the building, an onsite service and security team and the latest electronic entry system for your security. There is also a fully equipped laundry and bicycle storage.

Can I select my room?

You can select the type of room you stay in.

However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you do have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

Can I view this residence prior to booking?

If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.

Can I smoke in the residence?

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found throughout the residence.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.

Where can I wash my clothes?

This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.  

Are bills included in the price?

Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet. 

Does this residence have internet? 

Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building. 

Is there a curfew?

No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please. 

Is there always a member of staff available?

Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone. 

Can I stay in this residence if I am under 18?

Unfortunately, this residence is only available to students aged 18 or over.

On occasion, subject to management approval, an exception can be made for students who turn 18 during their stay.

What is provided in your en suite room?

En-suite rooms include features such as a private bathroom, a comfortable three-quarter sized bed, your own desk for study and Wi-Fi connected work space.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 8 weeks.

How big are the rooms?

Rooms are typically 10 square meters.
