Boasting some of the largest and most spacious studios we have ever seen in London, this 56 bedroom residence is ideal for friends who want to share, couples or just people who like to have their own space. The smallest 'classic studios' available are an impressive 20-25 sqm while the largest 'Deluxe Plus' is an enormous 50 sqm, which is larger than many London apartments.

The area perfectly combines an understated cool, fashionable atmosphere with a traditional London charm. Within a short walk, you can be in the hustle and bustle of Camden, home of the London music scene. Walk in the opposite direction and you will find Hampstead Heath, with over 790 acres of ancient woodland on your doorstep.

Kentish Town Residence is located less than two minutes walk from Kentish Town High Steet, and sits equidistant between the iconic Camden Town with its vibrant shopping and music scene and the calm tranquillity of Hamstead Heath.
Living in this residence will give you excellent access to the majority of the London universities. Being close to both Camden Town Station and Kentish Town Station means you can reach Russell Square, Bloomsbury and universities such as UCL, SOAS and University of the Arts in just 10 to 15 minutes.
The cosmopolitan area of Kentish Town is made famous by its abundance of award-winning traditional English pubs. Walk a few minutes to the south and you are in the heart of one of the most popular and fashionable areas of London, Camden. An area famous for its music venues, market and London Zoo. Kentish Town Residence offers spacious, bright and versatile studios and one-bedroom apartments. Each studio benefits from a private en suite bathroom, a study area, a large comfortable bed (twin facilities are available) and of course plenty of storage. In comparison to most student residences, the kitchen/living area in each studio is very large. You will have your own oven, hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a breakfast bar.
All your bills, heating and electricity are included. The residence has on-site laundry facilities and a private courtyard with bike storage. There are reception and maintenance teams, 24-hour security with secure door entry systems and CCTV cameras. All to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay.

Can I select my room?
If you are booking for a full academic year you can select the type of room you stay in.
However, you cannot request specific details such as what floor the room is on or who your flatmates are, as the rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking for a shorter period e.g. a single semester or a summer stay, you will be allocated the room type (single studio, twin studio, single en suite etc) you have booked but the exact specification may be subject to availability. This can include the floor the room is located on, the direction the room is facing, if the room is classed as a standard, a club, a premium, an accessible, a premium accessible etc.
If you do have a special request, please let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Can I view this residence prior to booking?
If you are staying for 12 weeks or longer, we will be happy to request an appointment with the residence team for you to view the residence.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide viewings for stays under 12 weeks.
Can I smoke in the residence?
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area in the UK. Please use the designated smoking areas found outside the residence.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are permitted in any of our residences.
Where can I wash my clothes?
This residence offers dedicated laundry facilities where you can wash and dry your clothes.
Are bills included in the price?
Yes, all utility bills are included in the price of the room, including gas, electric and Wi-Fi internet.
Does this residence have internet?
Yes, there is wireless internet in every bedroom and throughout the building.
What is the area like?
Camden/Kentish Town is a lively area popular with students, young people and the young at heart. No matter what your interest is, you will not find difficult to fill your time here, from the bars and famous music venues to the art exhibitions to London Zoo, there is something for everyone here.
The Market is just a short walk away and is great for a coffee or a bite to eat.
What’s the difference between Studio rooms and the Single En-Suite room types?
Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. The difference is that studios have cooking facilities within the room, while the single en suite rooms have access to a shared kitchen.

Is there a curfew?
No, there is no curfew. You will be living independently, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.
Is there always a member of staff available?
Yes, the reception staff usually work during office hours Monday to Friday. However, when the reception is closed, there will always be a member of the customer service or security team on hand, either to assist you in person or for you to contact by telephone.
Can I stay in this residence if I am under 18?
