Clarendon house is located just a short walk from Walthamstow Central Station which is served by the Victoria Line, the Overground and National Rail. Walthamstow Central is in zone 3 and is approximately 20 minutes from King’s Cross and Central London.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 3 months.

What is provided in the house share?

The bedrooms come fully furnished and bedding/linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and should be sufficient for most standard cooking. However, if you wish to bring something specialist, this is of course not a problem. Please bring your own towels, toiletries and food.

Is internet provided?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi internet in the bedrooms and throughout the house.

Are there any additional costs?

There is a one off booking fee of £50, apart from that all electric, gas and water bills are included as is wireless internet.
